PROGRAMS
Youth sports are more than games—they build confidence, leadership, resilience, and belonging. Yet thousands of children are sidelined each year due to cost, lack of equipment, limited coaching, or inequitable access. Professionals agree that the most impactful investments are:
Coach training (86%) | Financial resources (85%) | Sports equipment (75%)
Financial Support:

Access to Play Fund
Removing financial barriers for players
A scholarship program that covers player fees, such as registration fees, uniforms, travel costs, and other sports expenses. By eliminating the financial burden on families, we ensure that passion and potential, not household income or ability to fundraise, determines a child’s opportunity to play.
Future Champions Grant Program
Minigrants that strengthen youth sports across the region.
Schools, leagues, and community organizations can apply for funding to expand access, pay for tournament fees and travel, purchase equipment, or launch new programs. This allows us to multiply our impact and support communities directly.

Community Support:

Positive Coaching Academy
Training coaches to build confidence, character, and community.
This program offers training in positive coaching, safety, inclusivity, and trauma informed practices. When coaches are supported and educated, they create safe, encouraging environments where young athletes can thrive on and off the field.
Leadership Through Sports Experiences
Athlete Mentorship Clinic - Lessons from sports to lifelong leadership skills
Led by former athletes, teaching teamwork, communication, resilience, and goalsetting
Student Athlete Success Workshops - Academic achievement alongside athletic growth.
Pairing sports participation with academic support, such as tutoring partnerships and “Student Athlete Success Nights” for the community. Excellence in the classroom and on the field goes hand in hand.
Mental Wellness & Confidence Clinics – Building healthy minds and strong self-belief.
Supporting youth athletes through mindset training, stress management workshops, and confidence building activities, to help kids navigate pressure, setbacks, and self doubt with resilience.
Parent Education Series - When parents are informed, kids thrive.
Workshops provide information about local resources and cover topics like navigating youth sports, preventing burnout, supporting emotional health, and understanding athletic pathways.

Community Play Days
Free, fun, multisport events for families and neighborhoods.
Open access events / festivals that allow kids to try new sports and explore the variety of opportunities that sports provide in a low pressure environment. Families connect, communities come together, and children discover activities in sport such as coaching, cheering, reffing / jumping, keeping stats, and physical / sports therapy. An opportunity to also provide underserved youth a chance to play and learn the love of sports.
Girls in Sports Initiative
Expanding opportunities and confidence for girls in athletics.
This initiative includes girls only clinics, leadership programs, new girls sports initiatives (softball, flag football, etc.) and female coach connections & recruitment.
