We strive to provide access, support, and resources that inspire the next generation to achieve their full potential both on and off the court with a strong focus on expanding opportunities across all levels of sport, from youth clubs to collegiate athletics.
Cindi Mainer
Executive Director
Cindi Mainer is a nonprofit leader and event strategist with a passion for startup agencies and building community engagement. Having been in the nonprofit arena for more than 35 years, she has orchestrated impactful fundraisers, cultivated donor relationships, and elevated the public image of organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation, and most recently the Humane Society of Sumter County.
Known for creating new special events and engaging community leaders in fundraising projects, Cindi specializes in transforming moments of generosity into lasting impact. She lives in The Villages with her husband Dave and enjoys spending time with her three children, pup Rudi, and cheering on her grandchildren in their extensive sports pursuits.
Kelly Weatherholt
Marketing Manager
Kelly serves as the Marketing Manager for the Warner Family Foundation, guiding the organization’s communication efforts and helping share the foundation’s mission of uplifting young female athletes across Central Florida. In her role, she supports digital outreach, storytelling, and community engagement so families and donors can clearly see the impact of expanded access to sports.
Kelly grew up as a Girl Scout in a troop led by her mother, an experience that shaped her belief in mentorship, teamwork, and opportunities for girls to grow with confidence. She has carried those values into adulthood, volunteering in various capacities and staying committed to programs that strengthen community connections.
Kelly brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a service-driven mindset to everything she does. Her goal is to help the foundation reach more families, inspire more supporters, and ensure that every young athlete who wants to play has the chance to step on the court with pride.
